I am waiting for Chipstars to return my deposit after saying they will do so on my Trustpilot review and also privately,
It has been over 3 weeks and they have not replied to my emails,
This case has been going on for almost a year, I decided to just have it closed out by accepting the offer of deposits returned, but obviously I am yet to have that,
Once my deposits are returned I will change reviews to positive and I will not become homeless...
Then it can actually be marked as 'amicably resolved' like they claim as you can see...
They have my XMR address to refund too I gave it to them today again,

AskGamblers Complaint Team would like to remind you that the casino management as well as the relevant payment processor used for processing their transactions can not be hold responsible for the fluctuations of the crypto-currency involved into the dispute as well as the currency exchange. Since you already confirmed you have received the payment, we have no other choice but to close the case as Resolved.
In addition, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with this outcome, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
The player was paid 3387 USD in USDT Crypto currency, and this was a solution offered out of good will, because the licence provider had asked for proof of ownersip of the crypto wallet for the deposits made by the player, which he did not provide.
The claim of entitlement for potential Crypto gains can be outright rejected as frivolous, because Crypto often can lose value relative to the stable FIAT currencies and if that were the case, the player would have endured crypto "FX" losses.
This part is covered by our TCs https://chipstars.bet/legal/terms-and-conditions section 7.10, quoting verbatim:
"In the event that there happen to be longer disputes and funds are held by us or 3rd parties, when a decision is made to return the funds, irrespective of the deposit method, the returned amount will be in USD or USDT for the spot price of the day of the deposits or the date where the dispute started. This way it is guaranteed that no party will incur losses from assets with volatile values."

Work out what the real world USD value of all my deposits were in todays value,
Take what you have paid me already and subtract that from said value,
Pay me the remaining amount.
Then also pay me my winnings in full on top of that,
Compensation for the legal fees and absurd amount of time wasted and illegal containment of my cryptocurrencies which were stated would be appreciated also,
