unfortunately I have to submit another complaint. On Feb 3 I made a withdrawal request in the amount of 500 Euro. It's still pending and their live chat says I would have to send an email to [email protected] which I did multiple times. However, I didn't receive one single reply.

The last time I had a withdrawal issue with this casino I had to wait almost 4 months. Hopefully this case will be resolved sooner.

I just don't understand how they can promise to process withdrawals within 12 hours on their website while the reality is a waiting period of 4 weeks to 4 months as you can see if you look at all these complaints. Their live chat promised me to give me a call or send me an email but none of these did ever happen. Their communication is horrible.

@Casollo: Would you please change the status of the withdrawal from pending to done, so that I can request a new withdrawal?
