I was playing the Olympic Slots on casino770 on the 19.8.12. I was playing £1 per spin. 5 of the GB flag symbols came up across the middle of the screen and i won a jackpot of £2000. The winnings did not go into my account. I have rung on numerous occasions and sent emails too. I get a standard reply stating the technical team are analysing my data. I have asked for copies of my gaming history but nothing has been received. I am unable to speak with anyone as they are now not even returning my phone calls. I am very frustrated with this. it is not fair to a player. I paid to play, won a jackpot and seem to be in the impossible situation where I have no winnings. When I won I called my husband to have a look at the screen and I had definitely won £2000. I am going to pursue this with the Lotteries and Gaming Authority in Malta too. I found this website and I thought i would see if there is anything you could do to help? Anything to help sort this out would be great. Feel so let down by this online casino site. Thanks for listening to my complaint.

This case has been reopened upon casino’s request and we would like to give it one more chance for a successful resolution.
We have been informed by the casino management that technical error was occurred, and they credit you with £2000, but you continued playing with the funds and lost them. Can you please confirm?
