Not handling a withdrawal nor responding to emails

Hey!

I made a withdrawal two weeks ago and still haven't heard back from the casino. I didn't get any confirmation that a withdrawal was made but when I try to make another withdrawal now it says there's already a pending withdrawal. A week ago I emailed the casino requesting a manual withdraw and asking about the state of the withdrawal and submit the verification documents, no answers to anything.

I asked the Casino4dreams live chat how long does the verification take and I got a response that he's just a customer service and doesn't do estimations, however the next day I asked the same thing and now the same agent (as far as I know) said it usually takes 48 hours.

I attached screenshots showing there's a pending withdrawal and the emails with no replies from the casino. The initial deposit was made with bitcoin and they're supposed to pay me via bank transfer, however the casino hasn't even asked me for my banking details or verification so clearly the withdrawal hasn't been processed at all.

Hey,

happy to inform I received 1000€ today. Do you have an update on the situation @Casino4dreams? Also I'm curious why was the payment 1000€ as my withdrawal request was 2000€.

I see, however the lowered score doesn't make me feel too much better if I'm missing my 8000€. What would that regulatory body be? Also is there any history of players taking legal actions against casinos in similar cases?

Refund delayed due to casino being unresponsive

I wish to make about casino4dreams casino. On march 15th I opened up an account and deposited 100 euros, however as I'm from UK no games were available. Not sure why I was allowed to sign up. I spoke to a rep on live chat and was told to email to get my refund. I have had no response regarding refund even though I have sent numerous emails, I also spoke to live chat again but just keep getting told they will contact office to respond to me. Its been over a month now, I just want my deposit of 100 euros returned to me. I will attach proof of live chat conversation.

Verification issues and delayed payment from Casino4Dreams

I have been waiting for my verification since Sunday, March 15th, where I sent all my documents the first time.

I requested a withdraw on 620€ the same day, so I have been waiting for more than three weeks on
both my verification and my withdraw..

It's impossible to get in tough with the office, and they don't answer my mails. The Live chat supporter tells me that he/she only is
chat supporter and can't do anything about it, and that I just have to wait for confirmation from their office...

No follow-up on the requested withdrawal

I have the same experience as others which had problems with Casino4Dreams when it comes to make a withdrawal by this Casino.
On Monday evening I did a request for a withdrawal of EU 750,00. But on Friday nothing has happened. I had Tuesday send documents like a ID, bankaccount, etc. On Wednesday and Thursday I have send an email to the Casino, but they were not answered. I had contact with the online-Chat, but I only get vague reasons why there was a delay (they were on holliday (?), I should not have send documents, etc).

Meanwhile I have reased today the amount for withdrawal to EU 1.650,00 , with a request on email that a like to hear what will happen now, but also now I have heard nothing from them. Like the Casino is already not in use anymore. I simply have received one reaction of them.

I think the only way to solved this problem, is to make a complaint here.

Withdrawal delayed for almost 2 months

Almost 2 months ago I made a withdrawal of 65 euro. No response at all. I was asking live chat about it-only laconic answers that they can only resolve technical problems, not witdhrawals...so I also sent a few emails, after one of them they verified my account and obliged to make a withdrawal next day...it was 6 day ago...nothing changed so far and they are not answering at all..

The site does not display the game history, there is no display of the transaction history, deposits and withdrawals, its not good.

Withdrawal delayed for more than two month

I have requested a withdrawal of 496€ in July, submitted all my documents to the verification process and never got any reply again. I have sent multiple emails, used the contact form multiple times and spoke to a very unhelpful chat support (which solves only technical issues...).

I would like to receive my withdrawal and hope that you can help me to overcome the uncommunicative responses from the casino.
