I requested withdrawal ($550) and it was approved. However they (guy named Louise) sent me an email that I didn't play some games to meet bonus requirement. I think it is not reasonable and this is just an excuse, since the money became withdrawable after I have played those games already (initially or otherwise the money would not became withdrawable). In fact, I have played thousands of dollars on slots, which I checked that this is qualified for the bonus.
Also they don't have a phone number to call, the email takes over a week to reply, their service is terrible. Furthermore, they just prevent your money to withdraw, and they still haven't re-deposit the money into my account when they declined my withdrawal.
Everyone will be losers (on the games and when you try to withdraw).
