Casino Royal Club - Non payment

I have been in contact with Casino Royal Club about the $480.00 owed to me . This is the first time I have tried to withdraw and they have made this unpleasant by saying they are working on it and nothing happens they took my money instantly enough though .. I like the feel of the club support is responsive, however I am getting nowhere. I have money I had set aside to continue playing with them and still feel i would play there because i like the feel of the game i play and it seems they are honest but i am starting to doubt this . It has been around 7 weeks now and the issue has not been resolved. If this does not resolve I will have to report them to where they are licensed (Curacao) .I would rather this whole thing be resolved peacefully.

This is the second complaint on here about my 480.00 as of this morning 2/13/2014 it has not been deposited .This is ongoing, has been about 2 months now. I sent them a message 4 days ago and have not had a reply! they told me in email and on phone about 6 weeks back then 5 weeks then 3 weeks then on here "my money is coming" It has not and was not processed.

My complaint is not solved, I am unsure why I was sent an email stating this and needing a response by me lol..

my money was not processed as stated I am still owed 480.00
