Casino Plex - Withdraw Issues
I am writing this complaint because I am fed with the service casino plex has givin me. I won $10,000 and I did not collect any sort of bonus because I know how they work. I sent them all of my documents. They were all verified and they said they were valid. So now everytime I ask whats going on with my withdrawals. They constantly give me the run around. I made my withdrawal on march the 14th and I still have no recieved anything. I do see they processed 4,000 of the withdraw to my entropay account of which i specifically said to not do. now I see the remaining 6,000 is back to pending. I have been on alot of sites and this is BY FAR thheeee worst site I have ever been on. On top of the customer service being opened for only a matter of hours. They take forever to respond and always say they are having connection problems. (major gambling site having connection problems???) . It is the worst customer support I have ever had to deal with. They are like robots reading from a piece of paper for the most general answer to your questions. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my money. They have not emailed me to notify me of anything. Something needs to be done. They also said there is technical difficulties with the payment processing system for Envoy (bank transfer) . they have been telling me this for over a week now.
