Have not paid me for 5 months!


Hi,

I withdraw £3,674 from Casino Plex on 28th April 2013.

To date I have received £1,000 and whenever I contact them they say they have no more information, but they will forward the information to the "financial department" and that I should be "paid soon".

They are quick to take your money, but make it really difficult to get paid. I forget how many times I have contacted them about this now.

Nobody should have to wait 5 months to receive their winnings, this is crazy.

Can you help?

Good day, glad you received your money though we can see that during these 6 months, the transactions were requested/cancelled a few times but anyway, the important thing is that you received your money and this case is closed. Regards, Casinoplex_Rep
