Still waiting on my withdrawal for 3 weeks now


After making a withdrawal on the 21th of may i am still waiting on my money. The 21th i made a withdraw of 500 euro. They asked for all the document so after verifiing my documents the withdraw was aproved. After a week still no money on my bank. After couples of times asking on the chat they finally put it trough to the financial departement. They say it was a technical issue at trustly. Ok advise do it again. Ok. Ik did again a withdrawal same story. Still only get mails try it again and not helping me. Now after the second time they told me they can do it manualy i have to een my bank statement ( again) and also again the back of my id. ( verification was allready done.

Now i have to wait 72 hours die verification again.

The most dissapointing for me is that there is nobody who picks up this problem and constantly i have to explain my problem. And also they constantly use the regularly waitingtimes. Even after three weeks they set just you have to wait... im wonderingwhen my money will come. Im losing my confidence in it.

Hi.

I speak with the customer service and they told me that 14 June the withdraw was been done manualy. So now i have to wait it can take up to 5 days before it can be on my bank . Last two times also with the other payment provider they say this so i keep u posted
