I was wondering if I could get some help.

I withdrew twice on the 22.4.22 for £3100. I asked how long this will take and was given 72 hours to process then 3-5 days to reach bank. I then withdrew £2200 on the 27.4.22 same information told again.

My Account was verified on 25.4.22. I asked on live help on the 28.4.22 what was happening at least with my first withdrawal from the 22nd. They told me (see email) that my last two had been sent to get verified the day before on Wednesday and not the first two and to wait 72 hours!!

I then received a phone call verification on 30.4.22. I inquired about it again and was told as I have been over and over again they have been sent to the “relevant department for processing”

I’m now on day 11 and they haven’t even been processed.

Why is it taking so long.

Don't follow own rules, stalling funds for weeks

Hey, this is how casino joy had been wasting my time from last month.

I opened an account thinking it's decent, I deposited money and played and decided to withdraw as I didn't win anything. I waited over five days and they didn't process my Withdrawal. I sent an email they didn't respond to. I decided to close my account, as their terms and conditions state if you close your account and have funds in it, it'll be refunded to whatever deposit method you used -3% for processing it. That was the 26th June, of last month. It's the 15th of July now.

They keep sending me emails telling me I'm their top priority and it's being sorted out by the relevant department. They asked for bank statement only, via email. Then for me to go on and withdraw. On their site, it didn't require anything for verification. I still went on and upload id and a utility bill. Now they sending emails saying the id is expired, there's no expiration date on my ID. I'm not dead, they wasting my time.

I said I need my money back as I don't have a job anymore and every cent counts they're sending emails asking what I mean by I need my money back.

Please help, this casino isn't worth it at all I just want my money back.

Askgamblers, please help get my money back, I had 1085, I put it to withdraw it showed 1050, after their fees which they don't even deserve after wasting so much of my time.

Please help me get my money back, I really need it. It was my own cash not bonus funds. Help me please.

This scam of a casino is only making people miserable. They giving online gambling a bad reputation.
