3 weeks of telling me different things

Now as I thought the time frame has passed in which they told me I would have my withdrawals back in my bank, this site just doesn’t want to pay you out, it’s been 3 weeks all in all since

I withdrew my money and now after telling me that my withdrawal were processed 6 days ago they are now telling me that there is a technical issue with the payment provider in the UK, this casino just feed you lies and do not want to pay you your money. They will happily take your money but never give it back and I was told 1-3 days for my withdrawal to go in my bank and it’s been 6 working days and now they are telling me it was never processed due to a technical fault.

Don't follow own rules, stalling funds for weeks

Hey, this is how casino joy had been wasting my time from last month.

I opened an account thinking it's decent, I deposited money and played and decided to withdraw as I didn't win anything. I waited over five days and they didn't process my Withdrawal. I sent an email they didn't respond to. I decided to close my account, as their terms and conditions state if you close your account and have funds in it, it'll be refunded to whatever deposit method you used -3% for processing it. That was the 26th June, of last month. It's the 15th of July now.

They keep sending me emails telling me I'm their top priority and it's being sorted out by the relevant department. They asked for bank statement only, via email. Then for me to go on and withdraw. On their site, it didn't require anything for verification. I still went on and upload id and a utility bill. Now they sending emails saying the id is expired, there's no expiration date on my ID. I'm not dead, they wasting my time.

I said I need my money back as I don't have a job anymore and every cent counts they're sending emails asking what I mean by I need my money back.

Please help, this casino isn't worth it at all I just want my money back.

Askgamblers, please help get my money back, I had 1085, I put it to withdraw it showed 1050, after their fees which they don't even deserve after wasting so much of my time.

Please help me get my money back, I really need it. It was my own cash not bonus funds. Help me please.

This scam of a casino is only making people miserable. They giving online gambling a bad reputation.
