Withdrawal delayed and no response on mail

It’s over a month my withdrawal has been delayed, the chat response every time I follow with them is we have raised your problem to the concerned department. They have asked for documents multiple times and have submitted everything. But still the withdrawal is on hold and have received no confirmation on when it will happen. Deposits are instant but for withdrawal is like never ending process, they ask for documents once you submit it they take 72 hours to scrutinize the documents and then again send a mail asking for documents and then again a wait period of 72 hrs, this goes on forever. After my last document submit haven’t received any confirmation on email it’s been 7 days.

Don't follow own rules, stalling funds for weeks

Hey, this is how casino joy had been wasting my time from last month.

I opened an account thinking it's decent, I deposited money and played and decided to withdraw as I didn't win anything. I waited over five days and they didn't process my Withdrawal. I sent an email they didn't respond to. I decided to close my account, as their terms and conditions state if you close your account and have funds in it, it'll be refunded to whatever deposit method you used -3% for processing it. That was the 26th June, of last month. It's the 15th of July now.

They keep sending me emails telling me I'm their top priority and it's being sorted out by the relevant department. They asked for bank statement only, via email. Then for me to go on and withdraw. On their site, it didn't require anything for verification. I still went on and upload id and a utility bill. Now they sending emails saying the id is expired, there's no expiration date on my ID. I'm not dead, they wasting my time.

I said I need my money back as I don't have a job anymore and every cent counts they're sending emails asking what I mean by I need my money back.

Please help, this casino isn't worth it at all I just want my money back.

Askgamblers, please help get my money back, I had 1085, I put it to withdraw it showed 1050, after their fees which they don't even deserve after wasting so much of my time.

Please help me get my money back, I really need it. It was my own cash not bonus funds. Help me please.

This scam of a casino is only making people miserable. They giving online gambling a bad reputation.
