Payment not processed after 72 hours passed


I had my account fully verified 72 hours ago and the casino has now advised they do not have a timeframe for the senior team to process the payment of £2,500 requested payout 25/07 updates new card never had a issue in the past. Ignoring my emails and the chat is a BOT. Complaints have advised they do not have a timeframe for the department dealing with it and they just ask me to be patient terms and conditions states 72 hours

Payment was received this morning after advising that I had a complaint with ask gamblers and reviews were being left on websites. Still no explanation for the delay but has now been paid so happy to mark as resolved.

Don't follow own rules, stalling funds for weeks

Hey, this is how casino joy had been wasting my time from last month.

I opened an account thinking it's decent, I deposited money and played and decided to withdraw as I didn't win anything. I waited over five days and they didn't process my Withdrawal. I sent an email they didn't respond to. I decided to close my account, as their terms and conditions state if you close your account and have funds in it, it'll be refunded to whatever deposit method you used -3% for processing it. That was the 26th June, of last month. It's the 15th of July now.

They keep sending me emails telling me I'm their top priority and it's being sorted out by the relevant department. They asked for bank statement only, via email. Then for me to go on and withdraw. On their site, it didn't require anything for verification. I still went on and upload id and a utility bill. Now they sending emails saying the id is expired, there's no expiration date on my ID. I'm not dead, they wasting my time.

I said I need my money back as I don't have a job anymore and every cent counts they're sending emails asking what I mean by I need my money back.

Please help, this casino isn't worth it at all I just want my money back.

Askgamblers, please help get my money back, I had 1085, I put it to withdraw it showed 1050, after their fees which they don't even deserve after wasting so much of my time.

Please help me get my money back, I really need it. It was my own cash not bonus funds. Help me please.

This scam of a casino is only making people miserable. They giving online gambling a bad reputation.
