Waiting for over a week for my unpaid withdrawals

I wonder if someone could point me in the right direction if possible.

I have made four withdrawals from Casino Joy of £500, £800, £8,000 and £1,000

I have had the two smaller amounts paid to me but they were made after the two larger amounts. I have been waiting nearly a week now for the two larger amounts and they keep telling me different things when I ask why it has not gone thru yet.

How would I go about taking this further as I’m concerned the withdrawals won’t happen.

Again this is the original excuse I was given two weeks ago now! Since then I have had numerous other excuses like I have stated in my messages above, I would just like things fixed please is there a time frame on when this will be fixed and my withdrawals processed please?

Don't follow own rules, stalling funds for weeks

Hey, this is how casino joy had been wasting my time from last month.

I opened an account thinking it's decent, I deposited money and played and decided to withdraw as I didn't win anything. I waited over five days and they didn't process my Withdrawal. I sent an email they didn't respond to. I decided to close my account, as their terms and conditions state if you close your account and have funds in it, it'll be refunded to whatever deposit method you used -3% for processing it. That was the 26th June, of last month. It's the 15th of July now.

They keep sending me emails telling me I'm their top priority and it's being sorted out by the relevant department. They asked for bank statement only, via email. Then for me to go on and withdraw. On their site, it didn't require anything for verification. I still went on and upload id and a utility bill. Now they sending emails saying the id is expired, there's no expiration date on my ID. I'm not dead, they wasting my time.

I said I need my money back as I don't have a job anymore and every cent counts they're sending emails asking what I mean by I need my money back.

Please help, this casino isn't worth it at all I just want my money back.

Askgamblers, please help get my money back, I had 1085, I put it to withdraw it showed 1050, after their fees which they don't even deserve after wasting so much of my time.

Please help me get my money back, I really need it. It was my own cash not bonus funds. Help me please.

This scam of a casino is only making people miserable. They giving online gambling a bad reputation.
