hi all i have been playing here for a while now and i have just won £5050 gbp
since this has all happend my first ever deposit method is no longer availible as i closed the account back in june 2019
they are now stating that they need proof i owned that account in which i have summited a closing statment to them.
every single document i have provided it has gone well over there stated 72 h time frame and all i keep getting from them is sorry for any inconvinence caused which i think is a joke.
i also know that genesis global is not the most trusted casino francise about.
i would appreciate some help and guidence as its been going on since the 19th october 2019 since i withdrawan £5050 and its still pending.
my proof of addess is verified
my drivers lisence is verified
my other deposit method is verified
how the hell can they still sit there and believe its not me or my card
any help would be much appreciated
