Casino Joy appear to be purposefully delaying my withdrawal and have blocked my account under the premise of a "normal routine check". First e-mail contact regarding this was 23/12/2020. I have initiated their complaints procedure regarding this as of 27/12/20, but still recieved the same ideology, that it takes as long as it takes. That is neither "normal" nor "routine".
