Casino Joy - Delayed Withdrawal & Blocked Account

Casino Joy appear to be purposefully delaying my withdrawal and have blocked my account under the premise of a "normal routine check". First e-mail contact regarding this was 23/12/2020. I have initiated their complaints procedure regarding this as of 27/12/20, but still recieved the same ideology, that it takes as long as it takes. That is neither "normal" nor "routine".

Recieved the same information from Casino Joy again today, 19 days since I was told the same thing.
