Casino Joy - Delayed payment, no communication from the casino
7 days ago I deposited over £1000 which I was able to do quickly with no problems, I then won a bigger amount back and decided to withdraw believing that I just had to verify my account so I scanned and uploaded the information straight away for my account to be verified believing it would take 48-72 hours as stated under their withdrawal procedures. They then asked for more information which I sent straight away, it then went quiet since I sent that and every time I asked on live chat they would just say I had to be patient and wait for management to review it as that was all they could tell me. I asked if I could speak to the relevant department and they said I couldn't but I could send a complaint which I did and they said the majority of the time they respond within a couple of hours and it has been over 48 hours and no reply to that email or about the documents they asked me to upload 5 days ago. I'm unsure as to why my withdrawal has not been sent and its stressful when I have done everything asked of me, It seems like they are trying to not send the payment
