Cashed out £3153 from Casino Joy on 29th May < text referring to issue with another operator removed, please submit separate complaint>. All documentation was sent as requested and not had a single response since. I have contact to customer services a number of times that say they have escalated the query but yet again still not a single response! Why is it taking so long? Never have a issue anywhere else but Genesis has gone down hill the last few months!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
