Delayed £1,700 Payment

Dear Ask Gambler

I played the slots with Casino Joy and won around £1,700. I went to withdraw my money and was asked for verification documents.

I provided all the documents that was requested: Driving licence, Selfie, Address document, and payment receipt to Casino Joy.

However, I have not received my money nor an update, despite asking on live chat a number of times.

It is frustrating as when I made payment to Casino Joy my money was taken instantly. Casino Joy appear to be dragging their heels with my payment.

Can you please help me Ask Gambler.

Please make sure to update your issue in a timely manner and let the AskGamblers Complaints Team know if you got the payment. Be in aware in case you fail to respond within the given time frame we will consider your issue as resolved and your complaint will be closed accordingly. I can see that the extra documentation was requested by the security team which can happen in certain scenarios. I understand it can be frustrating having to wait a little longer - but I am pleased to see that your withdrawal has now been paid.
