Casino Joy - Delayed £1,700 Payment

Dear Ask Gambler

I played the slots with Casino Joy and won around £1,700. I went to withdraw my money and was asked for verification documents.

I provided all the documents that was requested: Driving licence, Selfie, Address document, and payment receipt to Casino Joy.

However, I have not received my money nor an update, despite asking on live chat a number of times.

It is frustrating as when I made payment to Casino Joy my money was taken instantly. Casino Joy appear to be dragging their heels with my payment.

Can you please help me Ask Gambler.

I can see that the extra documentation was requested by the security team which can happen in certain scenarios. I understand it can be frustrating having to wait a little longer - but I am pleased to see that your withdrawal has now been paid.
