Casino Cruise - Stalling my payment

I won £1000 on 10/12/15 since them my withdrawal has been pending. On the 12/12/15 I provided all documents needed to verify my account, including passport, card I payed with and proof of address. This has all been accepted. They told me my withdrawal would be processed within 48 hours. Today 3 days later still says pending, I have contacted them today and been told it will take longer to process. I don't understand why this is taking so long to go through. Can someone please help.
