Hello, i make withdrawal (329.61 eur) from casino cruise. they send me email my withdrawal is accepted and they payed it my bank 20.11.2019, and saying it takes 3-5 working days, now it¨'s been 7 days and the withdrawal is not my bank account, i call my bank and they dont see coming payment from casino cruise. I send they emails and talk many times in chat and payment team say withdrawal payed succesful 20.11.2019 but where is money then? i attach some files where u can see, please help me :(

i visited my bank today and they dont find any information on you casino payment, it is possible send money back to my casino cruise account and make withdrawal via trustly
