Karamba Casino - Cashout cancelled due to bonus abuse??

deposited total of £705 on this site and with a bonus I tried to cashout £1500 after apparently meeting the wagering requirements only to find out 4 days later it had been returned to my account. Emailed asking for a phone call and no response so went on to chat. Operator said I breached terms of bonus(No bets over £7 or 20% of bonus) so they will not pay out! I played for hours and hours on this site and am disgusted at what has happened. They even said that if I played the 1500 now and won a million I still would not be entitled to it. So if I won the jackpot nobody else could win it as they would keep it for themselves. Then said they are taking the 1500 off my account anyway. What a way to treat a customer. I didn't even receive an email to let me know this had happened! They should return all my deposits and close my account. I have requested that the least they could do is give me new wagering requirements on the 1500 and I have to wait 72 hours for a response. I have the full transcript of the conversation. Unreasonable and basically feel I have been robbed. I spent money based on the fact that I was waiting for this cashout of 1500.
P.S. My total cashouts at one point were £2800 before I reversed some to try and win more.

I received an email and phone call today confirming I am allowed to cashout. Thanks Karamba for sorting this out in an efficient manner.
