Star Games Casino - Can't withdraw my winnings

I won an amount of money that I really want to cash out . I tried phoning but they cant help me, WHEN I SEND AN EMAIL TOE THE SUPPORT TEAM THEY SEND ME AN AUTOMATIC EMAIL RESPONSE I cant find south africa on the list when I want to withdraw the money so I cant make a bank transfer can anybody tell me what is going on with your system I want my cash

This complaint has been reopened due to the declared willingness on behalf of Star Games Casino management to do everything within their power to solve their old complaints. AskGamblers Complaints Team is reluctant to give these old cases one more chance for a successful resolution.

We would love to be able to resolve this old complaint as we have noticed it was never responded to.

After checking your user account, we can see that you spoke to someone over the phone on two occasions who have provided you with information on how to create a payout and what payment methods you could use. We can see that although we tried helping you to make your payout, you never actually requested a payout in the end. You stayed and played your funds in the casino.

Evidence of this has been provided to AskGamblers and we would consider this case closed.
