I have sent all the necessary documents to verify my account, however it is still limited and I cannot withdraw my money, which is 60 EUR listed as "withdrawable funds". The costumer support is not very informative and it has already become slightly annoying. In the last e-mail, after rejecting allowing me to withdraw my funds, they said: "Documents required: Utility bill". Nevertheless this document had been attached to the e-mail containing other documents sent for the account verification. Although the utility bill is on my family's member name, I have specified that and asked if it is the issue that bothers them or is it something else. This is important for me to know, otherwise I have to get another document from a bank proving my address together with the latest transactions: resulting in extra fee and time-consumption. What is the point for me to do that if they reject my request once again for some other reason?
