Been unjustly accused in bonus terms violation
I have won a bonus from Vegas Strip casino, respectfully I have waited since March 7th, 2016 when I submitted my documentation; the documentation was accepted March 23rd, 2016. I have not received a confirmation for my withdrawal since then, it should only take 10 days according to the casino to apply a non-pending status according to the live-chat team. Today 4/16/16 I have taken note that when I spoke to the live chat service they have told me I owned multiple accounts at their casino -or- took multiple free chips/offers and they would not pay! This is not true, and I am rightfully offended that they would say so. The disputed amount is $100. It seems like this casino may be running out of excuses and out of time to pay such a small amount, I may try to avoid depositing here.
