after two deposits, was told i would be eligible again for greg dixon's vip player deals, upon my deposit, i was told the credit card processors were messed up for 24 hours, finally after deposits finally cleared...no bonus given. bonus statement is still not eligible, but i was given code chat100 even though it was a new player deal which came with addtional 30, strike 2. after 6 days of runaround, greg dixon and live help have been disconncting me, lying about issues forward to "markting team" and "VIP" MNGR. to top off, i got code indianax, good for 27 spins of tomahawk. when i put the code in, it showed alladins slot 1 line. so now i have to use that .27 cent bonus as one of my 6. strike 3. every day they do whatever they can to get deposit...then blame the mngr who is never there
