Hi, I really need your help AskGamblers. I have now waited for my winnings of 600€ for 10 days. I have done the withdrawal request in 9.7 and the casino approved it in 10.7 but I have still got my winnings in my bank. I asked where is my money after 3 days because the casino has 1-2 days to receive it. Then I ask again after 4 days and they say "sorry it's delayed" then I ask again next and they say I need to send a bank statement in pdf that I haven't received. So I send that and now they just don't answer me correctly when I'm gonna receive my money. So my patience is now over.

Can you help me solve this?

Hi, now it's 10 days from my withdrawal and 9 days from it was approved. Still haven't received my winnings?

Hi again, i still haven't received my winnings and I have wait almost 2 weeks now. Yesterday they say I'm gonna receive them yesterday or tomorrow latest. And still haven't. Now they ask me to to prove again new bank statement...
