Waiting 2 weeks for my $160 payment


I made a withdrawal on september 9 for 160$, I already check my documents with the security department. We are already on september 24 and they didn´t pay me anything yet.
I sent them emails everyday and they always told me the the same thing that they have technical difficulties and have a queue of withdrawals pending. Is unacceptable be waiting 2 week just for 160$

From what I understand, we have already sent your money thru Neteller since we were having problems with Skrill.
