en Casino - Waiting 2 weeks for my $160 payment

I made a withdrawal on september 9 for 160$, I already check my documents with the security department. We are already on september 24 and they didn´t pay me anything yet.
I sent them emails everyday and they always told me the the same thing that they have technical difficulties and have a queue of withdrawals pending. Is unacceptable be waiting 2 week just for 160$

From what I understand, we have already sent your money thru Neteller since we were having problems with Skrill.
We apologize for the delay but we had some issues with the processor you selected (skrill) that's why we contact you to change the payment method so we can send your money.
