Payment delayed 11 days


On September 14, I made a deposit of 50 usd. After some bets, I got a balance of 356.96 USD. I did not receive any bonuses. I requested the withdrawal on September 17 (Monday).

I have sent all the requested documents. They were aproved.

In the chat, I was warned that payments are made on Tuesday or Friday. It was not done on Tuesday (September 18) or Friday (September 21).

I joined the chat to complain. The clerk said nothing.

I was advised to come in via [email protected]. I was only told once, when I was informed that my payment was on the waiting list.

It's been 11 days. Payment was not made. In the chat, always have me wait for the reply in the email. But no one answers the emails.
