Delayed payment due to "technical problems"


Struggling to get answers regarding my withdrawal, made the request 5 days ago and it is still showing as pending ,I have received a reply saying I am in Que and due to technical problems they can’t give me a timeframe on payment and I probably won’t get it on the pay run on Tuesday as they only do payment runs on a Tuesday and Friday ,my account is fully verified ,I did not use any bonus prior to my withdrawal request and can’t see any issues with this as it seems pretty straight forward and just want my withdrawal

Sorry for the delay on your payment. We have been having some issues with our processors.
The purpose of this email is to let you know that your payment was made. We made two separate transactions. One for 1000 pounds and another one for 800 pounds.
