Betsamigo Casino - Runarounds with the casino, not solving issues

They asked to verify my documents a few days ago. I sent everything and after a few more days they said they had already checked. I asked whether to deposit to withdraw and how it would be. They tell me that if it were a sports bonus it would have to be 1 X of the minimum amount of the payment method I chose. Well I chose pix and made the deposit. I put it to withdraw and after 1 day the money was back and they didn't tell me the reasons until I went to the chat to talk to them. Then they said I had to send a photo with my date of birth, name of the casino and showing my face. I did it and sent it. When I resisted withdrawing and I didn't have the pix option for my region, I had to make another deposit with the minimum amount, which was 20.00, that is, I made 2 deposits totaling 40.00. (Before I made the deposit, I had asked if there would be an obligation to withdraw after I had deposited and made the rollover and they confirmed that no (I ONLY MADE THE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THEY CONFIRMED THAT)
For me not to lose my money, I made the second deposit and as they said that I had to deposit in a form of payment that I would withdraw. So I deposited it through payfun and cashed it out. After 1 day and a half, the money was in the casino again (and they didn't even tell me why) I went to the chat again and the attendant came saying that I didn't make the rollover that was there, counting that I had to make 1,499. Being a lie as there is a high rollover like this for sports, being that it was 1x of the minimum amount and another that the bonus was only 60 reais. I told them a lot and said that I would report it to Askgamblers because I only trusted it because the same sent me there today. How is it 3x if they confirmed it was 1x for sport??? Blz I made the 1X rollover of the second deposit as it was supposed to be done and they keep rolling me over. I don't want to give me the full amount or the amount of the 2 deposits I made and I keep saying that I didn't rollover. I have prints of everything

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we could understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is being finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lost the validity of you claim against the operator which led to rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

Yes, I played the bonus amount because they didn't let me withdraw it and they said that I would have to play 1,499 reais and that was not what they said so I saw no choice but to lose everything and lose the refund of 40 reais that I deposited (which just to point out that I only deposited because they gave a guarantee that I would withdraw) so I have the right to receive the whole amount back

they didn't refund my money and they don't even let me withdraw the bonus I got. They told me to play and as I saw that they weren't going to pay I played the whole amount and lost everything but I had already asked for a refund (because they blocked the amount so I couldn't withdraw) I only believed that the casino was reliable because it was recommended by AskGamblers but I'm disappointed that they stole 40 reais, which was what they told me to deposit, claiming that if I deposited it, I would withdraw everything. but they didn't just steal from me

Delaying Withdrawal Process - 500 EUR
I created a Betsamigo account a few weeks ago using their welcome sports bonus (Deposit €10 or more and become the ultimate bettor with a 100% Welcome Sports Reload up to the value of €100). Over the following days i bet a fair bet, fulfilling the bonuses wagering requirements. I had read good reviews about Betsamigo so i felt quite safe, however to ensure it operates ethically i wanted to test their withdrawal system, as I have read reviews for other casinos and saw this is often where online casinos become problematic.

Before attempting to withdraw I saw I have to verify the account, as such i submitted a proof of address using the national address registry, bank account statement and an image of my card used to deposit. After accepting my proof of address and denying my bank statement and image of debit card they requested a copy of my passport, which i quickly sent in. One day later i was told my accounts KYC was complete and that my account was verified. At this point i assumed the withdrawal process should be quick, this was on the 19th of February. As such i attempted a 500 euro withdrawal (just under half my account balance), they however quicly cancelled this pending withdrawal and requested more documents, they asked for an official bank statement, so i once again quickly submitted one but they declined it as my bank statement doesn't show my IBAN on it. So i contacted my bank to find a proof of account document which shows the requested details, submitted it, and it was accepted. At this point I assumed since thats all they asked for that I could now withdraw, however it was once again not the case. Since then in all seperate emails one by one after i submit each they have requested a photo of me with my passport, and a proof of me owning my phone number in the form of a mobile provider statement. Once i submitted all this i was told it was all complete.

Finally i once again attempted to withdraw on the 24th of February, yet have received no updates on it. According to the Betsamigo chat bot it says withdrawals are to be processed within 48 hours, however this clearly is not the case. I decided to contact a live support agent today and was informed that my withdrawal was having to undergo further verification.

I for one have found this proccess to be unnaceptable as it has been made abundantly clear that the Betsamigo team will do anything possible to delay the withdrawal process in hopes of you gambling away all the money rather than withdrawing it.
