Continuous cancelled verifications

"Once the two thousand euro (€2,000) threshold is reached, and in accordance with the licensing policy , we are required to verify your account within the next 30 days. "

Verified my account before I wanted to withdraw. Then I wanted to withdraw they cancelled it. They wanted me to verify my account again. They wanted a selfie with the casinos name. I compiled and sent them the selfie right away.

They told me I must recycle the funds at minimum 1.5 odds or 3x in the casino. They quickly limited me to 1 euro seeing the success I have on the market I bet on forcing me to bet on the casino.

Then they took 230.80 euro from my account claiming I had broken a term. They showed me the term:

"43.6 Betsamigo reserves the right to cancel repeated bets on the same event/market."

My bet went into MANUAL acceptance and was accepted MANUALLY by a human. Their odds provider was 100% fine with that bet.


So I went into blackjack to recycle the rest of my funds. I played the rest of my recycle, over 8000 euro and came out profitable. Winning back the 230 they deemed rightful to steal from me and then some.

I attempted to withdraw again seeing as all the terms were met and my account was verified.

Cancelled. Now they wanted a new piece of verification. They wanted my passport. I sent them a picture of my passport with a piece of paper saying " betsamigo.com " on it.

I have complied but they seem to not be interested in paying me my 3100 euro.


I’ve sent them my id + passport + selfie + utility bill + bank statement. Why is this not enough?


They know my bank account number + several methods of stealing my identity at this point.

I want my money.

I know that askgamblers can escalate matters so here I am.

They paid me my money. After every single attempt they tried to prolong it they couldn't anymore.
Stay away from this company. They have had failed casinos before with the same scam attempts.

Dont gamble here people. They will try their hardest to find a way to not pay you your money.

Well, see. Its not over yet. They still have my money.
I will update this as finished when I have ALL my money.

By the way, they still asked for another piece of document.
I sent it.
They had 100% seen this complaint and didn't want to cause more hassle because of their attempt to gain " casino of the year ".

Scam casino of the year.

When I have all my money I will consider this as complete. Until then I will continue to raise awareness to all the other REAL gamblers on their site. Not these fake reviews from countries they don't even accept players from.

Delaying Withdrawal Process - 500 EUR
I created a Betsamigo account a few weeks ago using their welcome sports bonus (Deposit €10 or more and become the ultimate bettor with a 100% Welcome Sports Reload up to the value of €100). Over the following days i bet a fair bet, fulfilling the bonuses wagering requirements. I had read good reviews about Betsamigo so i felt quite safe, however to ensure it operates ethically i wanted to test their withdrawal system, as I have read reviews for other casinos and saw this is often where online casinos become problematic.

Before attempting to withdraw I saw I have to verify the account, as such i submitted a proof of address using the national address registry, bank account statement and an image of my card used to deposit. After accepting my proof of address and denying my bank statement and image of debit card they requested a copy of my passport, which i quickly sent in. One day later i was told my accounts KYC was complete and that my account was verified. At this point i assumed the withdrawal process should be quick, this was on the 19th of February. As such i attempted a 500 euro withdrawal (just under half my account balance), they however quicly cancelled this pending withdrawal and requested more documents, they asked for an official bank statement, so i once again quickly submitted one but they declined it as my bank statement doesn't show my IBAN on it. So i contacted my bank to find a proof of account document which shows the requested details, submitted it, and it was accepted. At this point I assumed since thats all they asked for that I could now withdraw, however it was once again not the case. Since then in all seperate emails one by one after i submit each they have requested a photo of me with my passport, and a proof of me owning my phone number in the form of a mobile provider statement. Once i submitted all this i was told it was all complete.

Finally i once again attempted to withdraw on the 24th of February, yet have received no updates on it. According to the Betsamigo chat bot it says withdrawals are to be processed within 48 hours, however this clearly is not the case. I decided to contact a live support agent today and was informed that my withdrawal was having to undergo further verification.

I for one have found this proccess to be unnaceptable as it has been made abundantly clear that the Betsamigo team will do anything possible to delay the withdrawal process in hopes of you gambling away all the money rather than withdrawing it.
