Betsamigo no payment

I would like to expose my bad experience with this casino betsamigo. They gave me a bonus of 200 spins on The Dog House Megaways, and a freebet of 60 reals for sports betting, so I could vote for them on the AskGamblers site. I was able to fulfill the rollover at the casino, made the rollover deposit, and sent all the documentation they asked me to do the account verification.

I started to send documents on 15/05/2023, and today, day 23/05/2023, they are still holding me up to pay. They have already asked for: Proof of cell phone number, Selfie holding ID, and now they are asking for a picture holding a blank piece of paper with my full name, date of birth, and the name of the casino. Every time I request a withdrawal, one full day goes by, they reject it, and send an e-mail asking for a new KYC verification. Conclusion: This casino does not pay! Do not deposit money there! They claim that the digital wallet withdrawal is "instant", but it's not! but it is not! I use Neteller, I made several withdrawal requests, but they always cancel to request a new KYC verification, which is usually requested the next day, they never send an email the same day you make a withdrawal request, at least 24 hours later! Get out of this casino! They do not pay! It is false advertising, they only want you to vote for them, and then they are not the least bit considerate enough to pay you the money you made in the casino!

58.3.7 The maximum amount of money that can be won or withdrawn via Freespins, Casino Chips and Free Bets is limited to 100 EUR (or the equivalent in other currencies) or three times its value, whichever comes first, unless otherwise stated. The maximum amount of money that can be won or withdraw via No-Deposit Bonuses is limited to 25€, or currency equivalent. All info regarding maximum days validity, wagering requirement, remaining wagering requirement can all be found under each specific bonus under Customer's Bonuses section.

All actions are justifiable and in no way does the offer state otherwise.

I suggest the Askgamblers team to do an investigation regarding this bookmaker mentioned in the report. Check yourselves that while the user is doing the rollover, and when it ends, the "withdrawable" amount is half of the amount won. When the amount is withdrawn by the user, they ask for several documents to verify KYC. After they have no more documents to request, they simply reduce the prize amount to the equivalent of 25 euros. Claiming "terms of use". Totally misleading advertising!

Delaying Withdrawal Process - 500 EUR
I created a Betsamigo account a few weeks ago using their welcome sports bonus (Deposit €10 or more and become the ultimate bettor with a 100% Welcome Sports Reload up to the value of €100). Over the following days i bet a fair bet, fulfilling the bonuses wagering requirements. I had read good reviews about Betsamigo so i felt quite safe, however to ensure it operates ethically i wanted to test their withdrawal system, as I have read reviews for other casinos and saw this is often where online casinos become problematic.

Before attempting to withdraw I saw I have to verify the account, as such i submitted a proof of address using the national address registry, bank account statement and an image of my card used to deposit. After accepting my proof of address and denying my bank statement and image of debit card they requested a copy of my passport, which i quickly sent in. One day later i was told my accounts KYC was complete and that my account was verified. At this point i assumed the withdrawal process should be quick, this was on the 19th of February. As such i attempted a 500 euro withdrawal (just under half my account balance), they however quicly cancelled this pending withdrawal and requested more documents, they asked for an official bank statement, so i once again quickly submitted one but they declined it as my bank statement doesn't show my IBAN on it. So i contacted my bank to find a proof of account document which shows the requested details, submitted it, and it was accepted. At this point I assumed since thats all they asked for that I could now withdraw, however it was once again not the case. Since then in all seperate emails one by one after i submit each they have requested a photo of me with my passport, and a proof of me owning my phone number in the form of a mobile provider statement. Once i submitted all this i was told it was all complete.

Finally i once again attempted to withdraw on the 24th of February, yet have received no updates on it. According to the Betsamigo chat bot it says withdrawals are to be processed within 48 hours, however this clearly is not the case. I decided to contact a live support agent today and was informed that my withdrawal was having to undergo further verification.

I for one have found this proccess to be unnaceptable as it has been made abundantly clear that the Betsamigo team will do anything possible to delay the withdrawal process in hopes of you gambling away all the money rather than withdrawing it.
