Taking 1.22 BTC winnings but refusing to provide proof

About a week ago I deposited and played at Betchain casino with their introductory offer, after getting through their confusing forms and rude chat, I played Casanova. I basically started winning from the start without losing the deposited amount with .001 BTC bets. Eventually, I hit what can be called the jackpot during the free spins, the wild symbols filled the screen and awarded me $10000. I kept playing to fulfill the withdrawal requirements resulting in a balance/withdrawal of 1.35086092 BTC.

My deposit was .1294~BTC.

After I received an email asking to confirm the withdrawal I went to sleep (filled with joy) only to wake up to see they emailed me an hour after the I confirmed the withdrawal claiming that I multiaccounted. I was enraged and I did respond/contact a bit rudely since they would only repeat themselves and claim administration will not approve my winnings despite offering to complete a KYC to prove my identity.

In the bitcoin talk thread, the admin (i assume) claims I used similar IPs to create more than one account never offering proof and replying the same thing until he started claiming the fact that I took screenshots to post as my proof was clear evidence that supports their claims. I am not making that up. A few users shared on there that they experience similar situations and others were baffled at their responses and lack of proof.

They ended up telling me they removed my winnings but left me my original deposit, that I can play but no bonuses will be credited. I withdrew my deposit in fear of them stealing everything but I am still fighting for the remaining ‭1.22146092‬ BTC and the 600 spins I won for the SpinFest competition (I got first place).

I have contacted another trusted site staff, PrimeDice, and they informed me that BetChain has recently been doing this to anyone winning large amounts.

Please assist me so I can receive the winnings I won ‭1.22146092‬BTC after taking my deposit and the 600 spins. This is practically a life-changing amount of money.

You claim I cannot use any bonuses after taking my winnings. Those 600 spins were from betting so much and winnings that jackpot so using basic reasoning, I took what you said literally.

As previously stated, I never multiaccounted. I offered KYC, despite the fact I began winning with my deposit immediately without rolling into the bonus but still completed said requirements.

Not once could you provide proof on the forums and instead you said that because I posted proof that I won and my history, that it basically proves you right? Everyone takes screenshots of big wins, especially wins this size to share and also to save in case casinos try pulling things like this case.

Our Terms and Conditions state- Each player can create only one (1) personal account and All bonus offers are strictly limited to one per: person and their family, home address, email address, IP-address, telephone number, account number, credit or debit card number, e-wallet number, payment system account (Neteller, Skrill, etc.), one electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.).

Proof of your multiple accounts has been forwarded to askgamblers directly.

We are unsure why you keep repeating on the forums that we stole your 600 Free Spins, as they are still active in your account. We subtracted your winnings from the Welcome bonus as your other accounts had also received the Welcome Bonus. We returned your deposit amount to you. You were told you could continue to play but were not eligible for bonuses since you violated the Terms and Conditions.

It's not true that we do this to anyone winning large amounts (ask our recent big winner of 10 BTC) we only do this to players violating the Terms and Conditions which you accepted on June 20, 2020.

I'm afraid that the process won't drag on for too long

Hello! I registered a couple of days ago, was looking for new casinos for myself with a good welcome bonus, well, and chose this casino, because of the high ratings and reviews. After registration, I made the first deposit to get the bonus, but alas, nothing was credited automatically, I tried to write in the online chat, to the support mail, waited a couple of hours, no one even answered, as if no one was there and the site was abandoned. Well, I could not resist and started playing at the expense of my deposit, won a little, uploaded all the necessary documents, filled in personal data on the account and made a withdrawal request. In the chat a couple of times a day, if you manage to catch the same operator Jasmin Thompson, I wrote to her, what's the matter, check the documents and confirmation of payment, I see in the verification section all the documents were accepted, but the payment is hanging and awaiting confirmation. Maybe I don't understand something, but there can't be such long withdrawals for cryptocurrency in 2025. You even have a description about 6-8 hours for cryptocurrency. I'm afraid that the process won't drag on for too long, I liked the casino, the payout is good, but in terms of support and payout speed, I'm disappointed so far.

Betchain is not Paying out 50 Euro since 5th of December

I made a Withdraw (50€) on 5.12.2004 since then nothing happened. Everytime I asked the Chat they said to me I had to wait a "little bit" and just ask later for updates. Or the Agents told me they sent it to the finance department. But nothing happened. Friday they told me the Manager would have a look and clear this in No time (Screenshot). But guess what? Nothing happened. Today they told me the same to wait a "little bit". So its nearly 2 Weeks and I don't believe them anymore.

Withdrawal 2500 EUR not processed for 5 days

I made withdrawal request 15.8. 2024. After 5 days it's still not being processed. It's not my first withdrawal via Mifinity, other methods like bank card I used to withdraw too. This withdrawal I requested via Mifinity because I deposited via Mifinity last time and from this deposit I won. I deposited 30 and recieved 100%bonus. Bonus has 40 x wagering which I did and after finishing wagering of bonus I continued to play. Then I reached point where I decided to withdraw my money. 2500eur. Account closed, access granted from restricted country

I was allowed an account and to deposit while living in a country that isn't actually accepted here and I believe that I should be refunded my deposits due to now being blocked from the casino and it not being possible for me to cashout my balance when I learned of the restrictions here. It's complete nonsense that they didn't know where I created my account from so its not my fault I was allowed access furthermore being denied to withdraw any funds after I was the one who informed them of the mistake while asking to refund my deposits and close my account. So the deposits were basically stolen with my account now closed and no response to several attempts to contact the casino support via email

Betchain Casino - I can not withdraw my winnings and my account has been blocked

Hello. I have been playing at an online casino for some time and recently faced a very unpleasant situation. I won 6.89 LTC and was very happy about it, of course. I haven't won money at the casino that often. However, it turned out that winning money was not the most difficult. I was never able to withdraw my winnings.

At first, I tried to withdraw money without documents and they refused me. Okay, I uploaded my passport and address confirmation, and put money on withdrawal, but my account was blocked. Now it's in the process of verification. They asked me to take a selfie with my passport and I did it. They demanded 48 hours for verification, but I did not receive an answer as a result.

First I sent my passport and confirmation of the address. Then my selfie and passport. The last time I sent a selfie with a passport and a piece of paper. My casino account has been blocked and I have not received a response from the casino.

I do not know if this is a normal situation. Maybe they just need more time, but it's been a long time and I'm worried. I really hope that my problem will be solved.

The problem with withdrawing money

I have a problem with the withdrawal of winnings in this casino. The fact is that on July 12 I won 4.22 LTC and from that moment the difficulties began. I sent my driver's license for verification, address confirmation, and a selfie with my license. In my account, all my documents are approved and confirmed. I also received an email that the account was fully verified, but for some reason, they refused to withdraw money to me. I don't understand what's the matter and really want to figure out this problem.

Customer Support lying and delaying withdrawals on purpose

Hello there, I was playing with BetChain for a couple of months and always lost money, this time I won a small amount of 600€ and cash out 450€. The withdrawal was delayed and I asked the support the next day, it was a male and female and both of them told me to wait for 48h and 72h.

One of the support workers told me "their is nmo withdrawals at the weekend and i should wait til monday evening please" , I read last night (sunday 14.08.2022) that they process payments 24/7 so wow first lie from a support worker on a casino site that calls them Legit and trusted ?!

Today I asked again cause I can't wait anymore but this time another worker called "babbs" told me I need to verify myself that's why it's delayed, I didnt recieved an email and the support didnt tell me that at first either.

I made my verification today, I want this to be processed honestly and asap cause this casino is shady and got wrong priorities!

I don't believe in receiving my money at all.

Authentication of account taking forever

Betchain is supposed to be a fast withdrawal casino. I beg to differ. I Sent my documents in and made a withdrawal and keep contacting support but they just keep saying I need to wait. No reason for it to take this long!! Ive contacted support numerous times and they just say the same thing. No response last time!!! Please verify my account and withdraw my winnings please.

Withdrawal pending for long time

Dear all good day,
This is one of my favorite casinos but I have requested withdrawal of 1500,00 euros on 14.04. So far the withdrawal has not been approved and still has status "pending". After emailing and chatting with customer service from the casino I was first informed that the delay was due to heavy payouts but all my other withdrawals were finished in 1-3 days.. I honestly don't know what to believe and would like to receive my withdrawal asap.
