Hello,

I recently registered to BetChain casino (www.betchain.com) and started playing their welcome bonus offer. I got really lucky and won 4316,25€! They then immediately closed my account with my funds due to "suspect of me breaking their Terms and conditions" and "development of strategies aimed at gaining of unfair winnings". ???

I have played in my fair share of online casinos and know that their terms and conditions can sometimes be confusing and tricky. So before registering to Betchain, I visited their site to see their terms and conditions about their welcome bonuses. They seemed fair and I decided to register and start playing.

So I ended up winning 4316,25€ and their support is now closing my account without any information about my winnings.

I would definitely agree with them and admit my mistake if I had broken any of their terms, but I read all the bonus terms very carefully making sure that I would not break any rules.

They have yet failed to provide any kind of proof to back up their claims. I am feeling very frustrated and scammed.

I feel they are operating in an unfair and unprofessional manner, and I truly think that I am in the right here and I should get my winnings.

AskGamblers Complaints Team requested additional evidence and information from the BetChain Casino team due to that fact we considered the information and proofs they presented so far as not justified enough to confirm the accusations against player.

I would like to inform you that the winnings for player MIKOOO have been duly paid. The payments were made on 21.08.2019, amounting to 4000 EUR, and on 21.08.2018, amounting to 316 EUR. In total, a sum of 4316 EUR has been paid to the player.

All relevant proof has already been submitted to the AskGamblers platform. Based on this, we kindly request the player to return to resolve this complaint. We have provided all necessary explanations and proof, and we have always strived to assist our players to the best of our abilities.
