I deposited 200 at Betatcasino into my account. The 200 was taken from my wallet and then never put in the casino. I did deposits before with them and it worked fine. I email them at suppor­[email protected]­etc­asi­ 5 times and they don't answer anything. I send message in my account and they don't answer. I go to the chat and they are always offline.

betat opened the complaint again but they do not even send me messages by email that i can see. i sent them many emails and they never answer. maybe you can give me an email address that you check!

You mention in your above post that you've emailed several times to suppor­[email protected]­etc­asi­ There's one problem there - the email isn't to the casino so that would be why you haven't received a response. The correct email would be suppor­[email protected]­eta­tca­sin­

Further I've looked into your deposit history. There is no record of the deposit amount you claim above. Additionally, you've now pmed me after I saw your complaint and contacted you here, and you claim a different amount than the one above (here you mention $200, later $300). For clarity and for the record, which amount are you stating you've deposited and not been credited?

I reckon there are two possibilities here. Either one, you have us confused with a different casino, or there's an error somewhere along the line with Skrill. It's certain you are unclear about the amount.
In the case of the second, I suggest you contact Skrill via phone or email.
If you're certain you've sent funds to us, please take a screenshot of the page in your Skrill transaction history where it indicates you've sent the funds to us as stated in your post and forward that to support (using the correct email of course) and we have a good point to work from.

Lastly, to yourself and any other members - when you have a problem, that's why I'm here. Please send me a pm regarding your questions or concerns or flag me to any posts you make in the forum so I'm aware of them. If you don't contact me and I'm unaware of your issues I can't address them. You filed a complaint yet made no attempt to contact me here, hence why there wasn't a quick response.

Please double-check your Skrill transaction history and get back.
