Begado Casino dont pay me

I played in Begado Casino and won a nice $4661 in April 2014. They paid me $3000 in May and June 2014. After that they sent me an email about my account was chosen for security checking and I can`t withdraw until it is finished. More than one year passed, no email about the result. I would like to get the remaining $1661, please help me!

hi, I registered in Begado casino, played with a free bonus and won, I deposited money and sent my documents to my withdraw monies, I was surprised that casino have closed my account, I have 364$, customer service said that my accoint is closed due to security issues and that they don't have any further information.

I have play'd with free bonus of 20$ and wont 369$. I know that i cal withdraw max 100$. So I withdraw 369$ hoped they will transfer only 100$. I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for payment. Today (11/20/2014) I saw that they have declined 369$. I asked about that in Live chat, but they just said my account is in finance department check for 90 DAYS! Hello, Since 17/07/14 i wait for a withdrawal (250 USD). This withdrawal and my identity has been approved by the finance department but the 25/07 i have received an email that tell to me they need to do more verification and this process can take 90 days. I had to summit faxback form all with my identity verification to make a withdraw from my acct... the representative to me the only way for me to send the forms and documents was via email in pdf format. or cell phone... I begin summitting forms on 10-2-14 and I received an reply email stating that my documents weren't clear and I need to resummit them. ive have resummited these documents at least five times all the up to 6.06 pm of 10-22-14 when I live chatted with the rep and he had me resend confirmation of my ach deposit number. now its the next day 10-23-14 I go to log in my acct and im locked out with an message saying call customer service. I call customer service and they notify me that my acct is closed due to security issues.... and that they don't have any further info....but they can email them but due to security risk they wouldn't be able to disguise any issues. I ask for the department number they said they don't have it to give to me and that they will email them about my compliant
