I gambled on Begado website casino. They had no trouble taking my money quickly. I won over $18,000 in qualified money over and above the bonus playdown. Try to get it..........H­a..Su­bmitted all the paperwork they required. 4 days later I get an email stating I need to send an ACH #. It is the same as the other number I gave them and I email back immediately. It took 3 days of calling and emailing to get my request posted and the right to withdraw approved. I can not make more than one $3,000 withdrawal request even though the website states you just make multiple requests for large winnings.

Here is what the Begado website says:

This first-time verification takes up to 5 business days to complete and you will receive a notification email once we have verified your account. In the event that you do not receive notification within this timeframe, please contact Begado customer support.

Request a Withdrawal (For verified accounts):

Players who have verified their accounts can request a withdrawal directly from the cashier in Begado’s software. Click on the “Withdraw” tab in the cashier and follow the onscreen instructions. Withdrawals requests are reviewed and answered within 5-10 business days. Total time to complete a withdrawal will vary based upon your chosen withdrawal method.

Additional Withdrawal Terms:

•Begado requires that a minimum withdrawal of $100.

•Winnings can be cashed out at a maximum of $3,000 per withdrawal request.

•Where the winnings exceed this maximum, players simply need to submit multiple withdrawal requests.

•Bank accounts must be open for international transactions to prevent any delay in receiving withdrawals.

When I call on the phone the person directs me to this information. She asks me to read what it wasy about a maximum of $3,000 per withdrawal request. I ask her 6 times to read the next line. I state I wish to submit multiple withdrawal requests. She says well we are going to change what the website says. I ask to speak with her supervisor. She informs me they will call me. I receive no phone call. What a terrible experience this is.

You need to inform people on Askgamblers . com about the ridiculous practices of this casinos. Perhaps it might move these casinos to have better business practices.

Trying to steal legitimate winnings!
I won 920$ at begado in august of last year, I won it on a deposit not a free chip. in September I get an email from their finance department saying this Dear ____ I would like to inform you that as per our decision as Finance Department your last withdrawal request was denied and the requested funds were reimbursed to your playable balance as we are reviewing your account. This process might take up to 90 business days. As soon as we have any updates regarding your account we will inform you via email. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Sincerely, Benjamin Collins Finance Department so fine I wait and wait , talk to live chat ,and wait some more. live chat says they cant help since its a decision by the finance department so I should email then.. I have emailed them at least 500 times with no response, then on march 11 of this year I finally get an email from them saying Dear _____ Please kindly note that we could not approve your last withdrawal request since your activity in our casino recently has drastically decreased. In order to withdraw further winnings you should play more in our casino. We apologize for the inconvenience. Best regards, Benjamin Collins Finance Department so now they want me to deposit more so I can withdraw the money that I already have in my account for the last 7 months. but here is the kicker they, wont even tell me how much more I need to deposit to be able to withdraw what I already won.
