I made eight deposits between 03.05.2016 and 01.07.2016 with overall 1.558 Euro. With my last deposits (400 Euro) i won 3.200,30 Euro with the games BlackJack and the Slots Guns-n-Roses, Trible Chance, Starburst and Gonzos's Quest. I claimed no Bonus! After my winning i decided to make a withdraw last week and uploaded the neccesary documents. I got an email that my account is successful verified with my documents.
there is no way to track my withdraws while pending so i contaced chat support after three days of pendingtime why i can't see my transaction.
The support telling me that my money will be sent "today" and still nothing happens, so i contaced the support the next day and got the same answer: My money will be sent "today". Today i asked again, i got the same answer.
I would appreciate all the help i can get to solve this matter.

Now i can see my withdrawl in my transaction history. But i don't get an email with confirming the payment.
And the withdrawl don't arrived on my Bank Account.

The support telling me that my money was sent wednesday, 6. july.

I recived the money today u can close this complaint as resolved. Thank you Askgamblers and Mr Ringo.
