I have for the past few weeks been trying to withdraw my winning from sinspins casino, however everytime I attempted to process the withdrawal via bank transfer I am informed to cancel this and process it through card withdrawal. I have send them all the requested documents with an additional letter proving that I no longer have a bank card and that is why I have to process this via bank transfer, however they just send me the same thing cancel the withdrawal and process through card. I cannot contact them Via phone and they only email me a maximum of once a day I am completely lost with what to do
