Hello Ask Gambler Team,

On 21st Jan i deposit 20 euros in B-bet and claim welcome casino bonus.

And i played and lost it.
Then they credit me free spins welcome bonus spins then i played and win 20 euros after wagering.

Then i want to withdraw now this 20 euros.

Then i went in withdraw section when i click on withdraw i see not a single payment option just showing my profile..

I was deposit my neteller.

Then i chat with one agent. Her name is elektrina. She is sooooo rude... she told me each country has their own payment options.

I told her that i cant see any single payment options. Its total blank.

Then she told me that you have to withdraw by bank because its for security reason..

I told her than if i deposit by neteller then i should have to withdraw by neteller too because all casino terms is which deposit method you used then same it will be for withdrawal also.

Ok also i cant see bank withdraw option.
When i ask to her i cant see bank withdraw option also she close the chat on mybm face and become offline.

I played in 1000s of casino never ever seen such a worst casino....

They have worst terms.
If i cant do withdraw by neteller then why they let me deposit by neteller.

They want to take money only.
They dont want to give winning money.

They confisticate the money.

I request to askgambler team kindly help me about this.

Its small amount i dont care but this conditions of their terms will be effect on soo many peoples. For me its small amount even if they confisticate unfairly its ok to me. If someone win big amount after that this casino cancel their withdraw then it will be very depressive.

And if askgambler team need any evidence i can provide them by email. Plz mail me if you need any evidence. I cant share here...

I cannot withdraw by bank account because indian bank doesnt allow casino money.

Now tell me how can i verify the account

And if u want kyc then i will sent u bank statement as proof

And you are telling that I did not request cashout because i couldnt see any option of whithdraw thats why i didnot request.

And i lost also money because you peoples are not letting me withdraw.

If you cant enable the neteller withdraw option then refund my money of 20 euro which i deposit. By same.

Your terms are not clear ... you should have to change your terms and conditions.

Now i want my refund.... because it was useless to play in your casino because there is no neteller withdraw option. For deposit neteller is available for withdraw not available... why such hypocrisy.....

And about your customer service chat i have screenshot.... your customer service is rude. You need to teach them how to behave with customers..
