I have been trying to get a withdrawal since the beginning of December 2013, I have copies of the numerous emails sent back and forth between the accounting dept and myself. I have sent over the requested documents and now I am being told that a processor if reviewing it that has been for 3 days, when I call customer service they tell me it will be elevated, but I don't see , I just want my two withdrawal which at one time was a good sum of money, but waiting for them I have put some back in , they have no problem taking my money when I make it deposit, they are making it a very difficult situation, any help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated
