Withdrawal delay 10 days

Not much has changed regarding delaying withdrawal. My last withdrawal took 20 days to finally get paid, after filing complaint here.

Now waiting 9 and 10 days on current 2 withdrawal requests.
Made withdrawal request on 15.1.2021 and 16.1.2021.

Standard answer on their live chat...we forwarded your request to finance department and you should get money as soon as possible.

On 22.1.2021 I sent them email telling them if they not pay me, that I will file complaint here on 25.1.2021.
No surprise I not received a reply from their support team in 3 days.

Now again i wait if Askgamblers has enough influence to motivate them to pay or delay payment for few more weeks.

I see now this casino has 3 pending complaints for delaying payments for over a week.

Askgamblers you should rethink if this is the casino you want to promote to your community or issue a warning.

Yes after 27 days they paid me today but ripped me off for almost 10% or 90 euro.

I requested 990 euro withdrawal but received only 0.0229 BTC which 1h ago when they sent payment was worth only 893 euro.

They sent payment at 7:40am UTC when BTC/EUR was at 39,100.

990 euro - max 10 euro mining fee = should sent me 980 euro at rate BTC/EUR = 39,100 I should receive 0.025 BTC.

They rob me of 0.0229-0.025 = 0.0021 BTC or 82 euro.

82 euro at 990 euro withdrawal is 8.3%.

Not to mention when I requested withdrawal on 16.January 2021 that btc/eur was at 30,000 so if they sent me money then I would get 0.0326 BTC.

Difference then 0.0326 BTC to received today 0.0229 BTC is actually almost 400 euro or 40% of amount I requested to withdraw!!!

It's very profitable for this casino to delay withdrawals especially by disabling Skrill withdrawals and making you wait weeks to receive withdrawal in bitcoin.

Definitely most shady casino I ever deposited money.

With each day you delay withdrawal, you lose more credibility in the eyes of other players.
Or players coming here to read review about your casino and deciding to open account or better run away from your brands, after read so many complaints.

In the long run you just damaging your own brand by destroying your reputation in gambling world.

Not paid since April 18th

Not paid since April 18th. Chat is rarely answered. Standard answers, wait, we will pay soon. I've been waiting for almost 2 months now.

There are 3 requests for withdrawal, for different withdrawal options. None were paid. Should be in the amount of about $ 200 in equivalent. But replenishment is accepted as before.

Looks like they've become a scam.

Does not pay out and keeps saying to wait

Won 100€ with betting and got a limit on every match with max. 1€ placeable bet so I decided to withdraw because there was no reason to bet with 1€. I deposited via bank card and they refused to pay out to bank card. They told me to choose another option. I chose Neteller but it didn't work so they told me to choose another option so I chose cryptocurrency. I'm waiting for my cryptocurrency withdrawal for 24 days. They keep saying to wait.

Delayed payment from the casino

Hello,

I have an issue with Argo Casino.

I requested a withdraw got the confirmation letter

"Dear danil,

You have requested a withdrawal in amount of 250 eur via Neteller. All withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with terms and conditions."

They terms says up to 24-48h but my request has not been sent yet, the live chat has to be open 24/7 but its down and on my email they just say wait no timeframes given. My account fully verified, I'm veteran online gambler with 10-15 years experience. its been 4 days sence i request the withdraw please help.

Waiting 41 days on my withdrawal

I made withdrawl at 11.01.2022. It was just 163 euro (all my money left in this bookie).

Didn`t get it till today, everytime they say on the chat : "Your requests are in the queue for processing ."

It is not funny joke. More than 40 days it is not acceptable time of money withdrawl in today industry.

I want all my money back, then I will never go on their site anymore

35 days delay on 709 euro withdrawal

I requested 2 withdrawals (399 and 310 euro) to my card on 17 january and they are still pending. Actually date of withdrawal for 999 euro was 29 december 2021 but casino asked by e-mail to split it into pieces and 290 euro of that sum were paid, living 709 euro. Same issue as in other complaints with this casino, I'd like to receive my money in reasonable time (T&C of argocasino say it should take 48 hours not 2 months).

Not paying my winnings

I am waiting since 29.11.2021 on the 250 withdrawal.

There is 2nd time when I am making a complaint here.

More than one year ago they finally pay me after more than a month of waiting.

Unfortunately, because I am from Poland and there are not many companies which accept players from my country I came back to them something like 2 months ago. They paid me finally last time yes?

The last time they were telling me that they are implementing a new fast payout system for cryptocurrency ... I finally get money via bitcoin so I thought that they finished it.

Now I am waiting one month on bitcoin withdrawal (my account is 100% verified and my BTC address also).

The Support team gave me answers like this after this time "Department is doing everything possible to complete the processing of your request." :D

Department is doing everything possible to complete 250 euro but they are failed for now.

Be careful of Argo Casino, they are not trustworthy. Hope it will be solved finally soon

I have withdrawals pending for half month

At the moment Argo is not paying at all. My withdrawal request has been unchanged for more than 15 days. In the live chat, they congratulate you on your winnings, they say that information was once again transferred to the financial department about your request to pay out the winnings, but after that nothing happens.
A few days pass, you write to the live chat again, and they write to you all the same again. Every time they only say to wait for payment, but nothing changes.

Delayed payment since one month

I have withdrawals pending for almost one month. They say I’m in the queue and my withdrawals will be processed. I just want my money, I don’t trust this website anymore. It looks like a scam. I don’t know what’s going on with this website but I don’t recommend it. Also, I have some friends with the same problem, they send the same answer to everybody.

Withdrawal not received

On September 8, I made a withdrawal of 4000 Ron at Argo Casino but I still haven't received any money. As you can see in the pictures I attached on September 25, the withdrawal is not processed yet because it can be dated.

The account is verified so it cannot be a problem.

I sent several emails to the support team but each time I answer the same without receiving concrete information.

Due to the casino's policies, I had to opt for bitcoin, so it can't be about the duration of the bank transfer.

Please help me.

Skrill withdrawal delay

My name is Anthony and I am from Greece. I requested a withdrawal of 330€ on 09th August using Skrill e-wallet which was previously used for my deposit and the money is still not processed to my account . As per terms and conditions of Argo casino withdrawal are processed within 24 hours. I understand some delay but now it’s already a week and everytime I contact live support i get the answer that financial department is very busy and that I shouldn’t worry I will receive the money. I am gambling in online casinos nearly 10 years and I never experienced such an issue before.
