Delayed payment since one month

I have withdrawals pending for almost one month. They say I’m in the queue and my withdrawals will be processed. I just want my money, I don’t trust this website anymore. It looks like a scam. I don’t know what’s going on with this website but I don’t recommend it. Also, I have some friends with the same problem, they send the same answer to everybody.

I want my money and also I want to withdraw the 1100 € which remains on my account. I have contacted the finance department by email several times, but they have not done anything. a site which claims to validate withdrawals within 48 hours and which delays more than a month is unreliable. If you have financial worries look for collaborators or declare bankruptcy and close your page instead of having fun with your customers' money.
