Two weeks late still no pay nor update

Hello,
I made a deposit into Argo casino on May 5th. After playing some slots I finished with a balance of 592. I requested a max withdrawal of 500 euros to my Ecopayz on May 9th. Since then I have not received any communication from them. Live chat only tells me to wait longer, with no end in sight.
