Delaying tactics


has been 18 days since I made a big win and made a withdrawl on the 24 of juni 2019 of 43500 euro’s with real deposited money and no bonus , yet I’ve only received €2000 so far. Up until today I really have given the casino the benefit of the doubt, until I got told a number of reasons and different excuses as to why it hasn’t been processed. The Casino Support team tell me they can’t access the info as it’s within the finance department, then they told me there was a problem with Neteller even though I had received the first payment of euro 500 just minutes before on neteller account , then I got told there where delays at proces side which are causing delays(???) I got asked to make a virtual netteler account so I could withdrawal via VISA/netteler account for “quicker processing ( not telling me that each withdrawl i make and they are depositing is costing 19 euro a time and also costing me money when i withdrawl from this virtual card). But ok. Since i have this virtual account there are only 3 payments from the casino beeing done in the 10 days after i created the account. And this week i even had no payment from them. So faster payment? No iT is not quicker or better. After contacting the support team again they told me the same excuses again and then I got told everything is in check it’s just a matter of it being my turn in the queue, to which I explained that if that was the case what is changed in the last 17 days? They where not able to tell me and i think they dont want to tell me en do this on purpose. Customer Support team are lovely but it seems like their job consists of covering up for a team who aren’t doing their job or maybe just don’t have the funds to pay.
Every time I make a point about their incorrect ‘reasons’ I get the standard “I can ensure you the Finance Dept. is doing everything to process your withdrawal request as soon as possible” response.
It’s a real shame because I was so so so excited to have won this large amount of money now I’m filled anger and frustration.

They also dont offer alternatifs to
Withdrawl if there is a problem ( which is not really there, but ok) give another possibility to the customer. They did offer me once before, when i withdrawl a smaller amount. Same excuses as iT is now, but then offered me another withdrawl possibility to pay iT on Skrill, which worked perfectly. But now its nothing then same old excuses to delay this proces. Very bad an not customer friendly way of handling.

I send an e-mail and hope for a reaction or quick payment. The last is wishfull thinking from me tja Argo will handle this as a good Casino should handle this.

So far really bad thoughts about this ARGO casino!!! Regards plukkie

Thank you for your reply.
Our processing company does not offer option to withdraw to bank accounts. We may withdraw to another card if it is more convenient for you. The withdrawals to the card is the only option to process payments asap.

There is still no payment done to my bankaccount! I asked at [email protected] to stop parementen to my neteller prepaid card but they deposited one again to this expensive account. I asked them via mail to deposite iT to the allready know bank account nr of me, because they know it. And also because there is no other possibility to fill in my preferent withdrawl possibility, which is my bank account nr. In live chat they told me to send an e mail but first there is still no answer on my e-mail and also no effort to help me with iT. So still no resoliving answer is there so far. Allthough there is been a deposite of euro 500 once again and after 3 weeks and more days there is only 3500 deposited, which is a very poor number, so this is far from being solved ARGO Casino
