Hi
I made a withdrawal request on 26 october (406EUR, Ecopayz), went through KYC day after and my account is fully verified.
Until today there is no money on my Ecopayz account. I had conversetions with Support on live chat many times.(Support is very polite and 24hours avaible - cool). All responses were the same..."please, wait a little longer", "Finance Department is doing the best", "As soon as possible You'll get the money"...and still i don't have the money....I want my money to be withdrawn on my Ecopayz account, according to T&C where there is clearly written about witdrawals processing in 24hours after request, especially this is E-wallet...
please ASK Gamblers, help

sorry but there is no understanding from my side. you gave the same answer i always get,...no more details.
today is day 7...and still no money withdrawn. that's against your OWN terms&conditions...i thought this is serious company. how the customer can be treated like that?
