Delayed payment of 40,000 RUB

Hello AskGamblers.

Recently I won 90.000 RUB at ArgoCasino, sucessfully passed all verifications procedures and have submitted couple withdrawal requests (one for 50.000 RUB and second for 40.000 RUB). I already received my first withdrawal of 50.000 RUB, but the second one is still pending and I cannot receive my money. I have read their T&C stating that the withdrawals should be processed in 24 business hours. So the time has passed and their Support team has refused to provide me with detailed explanation why they cannot process it and just saying me to wait more.

Once again, I would like to get my withdrawals in the time frame stated in their T&C.
