Delayed payment for two weeks

I won 960 euros on ArgoCasino at the end of January. My account was verified and I put my winnings on the withdrawal. Its been 2 weeks and I still haven`t received my winnings. The casino supports says that I should patiently wait. But I haven`t received any e-mails. And the funds still remain on my casino account. I would like to ask AskGamblers team to help me receive my winnings. I attached screenshots that prove above.
