Confiscating balance due to groundless accusations

I played on the website of Argo casino, my login is t0689578963. Today my account was blocked. After I wrote to the chat I received a letter from the support. Support team told me that my account was closed because I made another account from my computer or ip! These accusations are baseless! I play alone with my computer! I went through all the verification on their site! They brought me money to my bank card! I have 622 euros left on my account !!! They just stole money from me! Please help me! All who play on their site be careful!

You can create only one account on the website. Any other accounts opened on the site will be treated as "Duplicate Accounts". In this case, the company has the right to close any duplicate accounts with the following sanctions: Each transaction performed from the duplicate accounts will be voided; If cash prizes and bonuses have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account, they will be lost, and the company has the right to demand them back. Argocasino.com reserves the right to cancel the bets, to deny receiving any kind of bonuses or participation in any promotion, as well as prohibit opening an account or close an existing account without prior written notice and any explanations.

Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body.

The Security Department made a complex verification of both accounts, yours and the duplicate one. Complex verification includes:

- Verification of technical information, including verification of logs, sessions on site, IP addresses and other technical information,
-Analysis of bets, specific markets and events, results, as well as time and interval of bets
-Checking the history of calls to Livechat, and other information related to the game account.

During the verification, the fact of using the same device for betting from different accounts has been confirmed. You, as well as your duplicate account, visited site from a dynamic IP address of one subnet, from the same device.
Besides that, our specialists have found coincidence in bets. All of them were made on the events of a certain specific market, at the same time and for the same result. Furthermore, bets on both of the accounts were made with a difference of 1-3 minutes, which also points on collusion.

Considering all the above mentioned data, your actions were identified by the Security Department as fraudulent, due to collusion and use of duplicate accounts, as a result of which your accounts were blocked and deposits were returned to the payment system from which they were committed.

I would also be interested to see the evidence of the charge! Since I'm 100% sure that I did not create other accounts on the site of Argo Casino !!! I see on this site that I have not one such problem. Is this a new way to take money from players?

Not paid since April 18th. Chat is rarely answered. Standard answers, wait, we will pay soon. I've been waiting for almost 2 months now.

There are 3 requests for withdrawal, for different withdrawal options. None were paid. Should be in the amount of about $ 200 in equivalent. But replenishment is accepted as before.

Looks like they've become a scam.

Does not pay out and keeps saying to wait

Won 100€ with betting and got a limit on every match with max. 1€ placeable bet so I decided to withdraw because there was no reason to bet with 1€. I deposited via bank card and they refused to pay out to bank card. They told me to choose another option. I chose Neteller but it didn't work so they told me to choose another option so I chose cryptocurrency. I'm waiting for my cryptocurrency withdrawal for 24 days. They keep saying to wait.

Delayed payment from the casino

Hello,

I have an issue with Argo Casino.

I requested a withdraw got the confirmation letter

"Dear danil,

You have requested a withdrawal in amount of 250 eur via Neteller. All withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with terms and conditions."

They terms says up to 24-48h but my request has not been sent yet, the live chat has to be open 24/7 but its down and on my email they just say wait no timeframes given. My account fully verified, I'm veteran online gambler with 10-15 years experience. its been 4 days sence i request the withdraw please help.

Waiting 41 days on my withdrawal

I made withdrawl at 11.01.2022. It was just 163 euro (all my money left in this bookie).

Didn`t get it till today, everytime they say on the chat : "Your requests are in the queue for processing ."

It is not funny joke. More than 40 days it is not acceptable time of money withdrawl in today industry.

35 days delay on 709 euro withdrawal

I requested 2 withdrawals (399 and 310 euro) to my card on 17 january and they are still pending. Actually date of withdrawal for 999 euro was 29 december 2021 but casino asked by e-mail to split it into pieces and 290 euro of that sum were paid, living 709 euro. Same issue as in other complaints with this casino, I'd like to receive my money in reasonable time (T&C of argocasino say it should take 48 hours not 2 months).

Not paying my winnings

I am waiting since 29.11.2021 on the 250 withdrawal.

There is 2nd time when I am making a complaint here.

More than one year ago they finally pay me after more than a month of waiting.

Unfortunately, because I am from Poland and there are not many companies which accept players from my country I came back to them something like 2 months ago. They paid me finally last time yes?

The last time they were telling me that they are implementing a new fast payout system for cryptocurrency ... I finally get money via bitcoin so I thought that they finished it.

Now I am waiting one month on bitcoin withdrawal (my account is 100% verified and my BTC address also).

The Support team gave me answers like this after this time "Department is doing everything possible to complete the processing of your request." :D

I have withdrawals pending for half month

At the moment Argo is not paying at all. My withdrawal request has been unchanged for more than 15 days. In the live chat, they congratulate you on your winnings, they say that information was once again transferred to the financial department about your request to pay out the winnings, but after that nothing happens.
A few days pass, you write to the live chat again, and they write to you all the same again. Every time they only say to wait for payment, but nothing changes.

Delayed payment since one month

I have withdrawals pending for almost one month. They say I’m in the queue and my withdrawals will be processed. I just want my money, I don’t trust this website anymore. It looks like a scam. Withdrawal not received

On September 8, I made a withdrawal of 4000 Ron at Argo Casino but I still haven't received any money. As you can see in the pictures I attached on September 25, the withdrawal is not processed yet because it can be dated.

The account is verified so it cannot be a problem.

Skrill withdrawal delay

My name is Anthony and I am from Greece. I requested a withdrawal of 330€ on 09th August using Skrill e-wallet which was previously used for my deposit and the money is still not processed to my account . As per terms and conditions of Argo casino withdrawal are processed within 24 hours.
